You will get to try flavoursome dishes from the specially-curated candlelight menu featuring Tartare of coconut heart with mascarpone, smoked marlin, and capers and Duck terrine with seasonal chutney and crispy bread as the starter. For the main course, you can choose between two equally exquisite dishes. End on a sweet note with a decadent Ile flottante with vanilla "crème anglaise", whipped egg whites, toffee sauce and toasted almonds.

The restaurant overlooks expansive lawns and beautiful trees complementing the overall lunch or dining experience. The menu is designed to reflect Mauritian gastronomy with a touch of creativity and a specific emphasis on freshness and food provenance, using seasonal fruits and vegetables from the Orchard.

La Table du Château Restaurant is run by Chef Fabio de Poli, who has created a unique menu showcasing Mauritian flavours with modern European aptitude. He brings creativity along with a gastronomic touch in his dishes and menu.
