Unlimited Mileage Per Day

All daily rental rates are on the basis of unlimited mileage per day, offering you to travel as much as you like.

Personalised Delivery:

Personalised delivery and pick-up services are offered to any location in Rodrigues, including to private villas/ accommodations, hotels and the Sir Gaëtan Duval Airport, Rodrigues. An additional pick-up and drop-off fee applies, payable on the day of vehicle delivery.

Drivers License Requirements:

Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license for a minimum of one year.

Reservation & Payment

A compulsory refundable deposit of Rs 20,000 / Rs 25,000 (depending on the vehicle type) is required. You can pay the deposit by credit card at the time of booking or in cash upon car delivery. The deposit is refundable upon return of the vehicle with a full tank of fuel and no damages.

Fuel Policy:

Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling costs will be deducted from the deposit if the tank is not full upon return.

Vehicle Insurance:

Our cars are covered by comprehensive insurance with unlimited liability coverage, excluding incidents caused by driving under the influence, rental terms violations, or negligence. The hirer is liable for damages not exceeding Rs 20,000 / Rs 25,000 (depending on the car model) in case of an accident.

Child Seat Supplement:

An additional supplement applies for child seats. For more information or to request a child seat, please contact us directly.

Exclusions:

Fuel costs and rental periods are not included in the rental rates.

Rental periods:

The car rental rates are based on a 24-hour period.

Cancellation Policy:

If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your confirmed booking, your credit card will be credited with the appropriate amount, as per the applicable cancellation policy.

Please note:

• All the above refers to working days only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
• Notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received by email sent to info@mauritiusattractions.com
• If a booking is cancelled before it has been processed and Mauritius Attractions has not yet issued the client’s vouchers, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
• The cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total order amount of the rented vehicle.
• All cancellation requests should be sent before 15:00; any cancellation communicated after 15:00 will be taken into consideration as from the next working day.
• Refunds must be requested via email to info@mauritiusattractions.com. Requests made through any other method (e.g. direct email to staff, phone call, text, live chat, or via the supplier) will not be considered.
• Refund requests must be made within 28 calendar days from the date of cancellation.
• Once the refund request is submitted, it will be processed by our accounting team, and this may take up to 21 working days.
