You will benefit from a guided Cultural visit to the local market and experience the lively daylife while shopping for the vegetables to be used. Seeing aubergines with their beautiful purple colour, bright red tomatoes, green bitter gourd and a range of other colourful food items will be a real feast for the eyes.

After that, you will head to Rosemonde’s home where you will be welcomed by a drink. Once you’ve put on your home-made apron, you’ll then proceed to the preparation of your ingredients to cook the Menu of the Day under her supervision. And ultimately comes the long-awaited moment of tasting the delectable meal you have helped to prepare!
