The service is impeccable. Our room has a view to sit and watch, and the furnishings are modern, fresh, and so very comfortable. Restaurants and service are amazing and staff attitudes are friendly, efficient and kind. There is a gym and small pool, and a spa service - all are worthy of use. We are enjoying ourselves in luxury.

Staff provided extremely high-quality service with detailed explanations, welcome drinks and a gift. The room was huge and luxuriously decorated. Our room view was very nice facing the Port Louis waterfront. Everything in Port Louis is within walking distance. Wifi was very stable. There's nothing we can complain about. Disliked · Seriously, nothing, I stayed only for one night, but it gave me very high satisfaction.

Excellent waterfront location, fantastic breakfast spread, well-appointed rooms and classic hotel history made for a grand stay on the harbour front. Staff attention to one's every need was first class.

Besides the great location and wonderful Harbour/Sea views, the staff and cuisine are fantastic and with a lot to see within walking distance, it’s very convenient. Must try the experience in the lounge in the main foyer area, quite nice.

Disliked · insignificant pool and no nice spa on site, given the hotel facilities, avoiding going to the hotel next door.
