High-flying Fun: Ziplining at Casela Nature Parks

Ziplines, also called flying foxes or aerial runways, are cables mounted on an incline with a pulley. Powered by gravity, riders glide from top to bottom, often holding onto or being attached to the pulley

The zipline experience at Casela Nature Parks begins with a 10-minute shuttle ride from the Visitor’s Centre through sugarcane fields and bumpy rocky trails. By the time you reach Thrill Mountain, you’ll be ready for the action-packed excitement ahead.

Nepalese Bridge & 5 Ziplines

Feel the rush, take the leap. Cross the iconic Nepalese Bridge, one step at a time, before ziplining across 5 thrilling lines! Suspended above lush forests, each zipline offers its own rush, making this experience perfect for both adrenaline junkies and first-timers.

This ziplining package has especially been designed for those searching for the ultimate burst of adrenaline while on vacation in Mauritius. 

Take on the long 400m zipline, followed by 4 additional ziplines, for a fast-paced, adrenaline-fueled adventure with stunning views and pure thrill!

• Children aged 6 years and above can enjoy the Nepalese Bridge & 5 Zip lines activity, accompanied by an adult.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult to sign their disclaimer.
• You must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the activity, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• All times above are indicative and will be reconfirmed at the time of booking.
• Please note that giraffe viewing is available between 10.30 - 15.30 (except Mondays and Thursdays).
• Safari Bus is a complimentary activity offered with the entrance ticket and if missed, there will no refund/rescheduling.

Health & Safety Notes

• All participants must be physically and mentally capable to perform this particular activity.
• Participants should not have any major hearing or visual impairments. If the health and safety restrictions for your activity are not respected, "NO" refund will be considered. These rules are for your safety.
• Activities are still carried out in rain, and no refunds will be given if a client chooses to not participate. In the event of adverse weather, activities may be rescheduled for security purposes by the Management of the Park.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants should ensure that they understand either English, French or Mauritian Creole, which are the languages used to explain the safety procedures of the activities. Unless clients (who do not understand any of the mentioned languages) provide a translator, they cannot take part in any of the activities that include a safety talk for safety reasons.

• Big Cats Activities (including Walk with Lions, Drive Thru, Interactions, Feedings & Camel Paddock Rides) will be available half day until 12:30 on 24 & 31 Dec, and closed on 25, 26, 28 Dec & 01, 02 Jan.
• Big Cats Viewings will be available until 12:30 on 24 & 31 Dec and closed on 25 Dec & 01 Jan.

Transport is available for an additional supplement which will include pick up and drop off from any hotel / place of accommodation in Mauritius.
