Booking Instructions:
How to book your tour?
- First, fill-in your preferred tour date and pick up time
- Choose the vehicle type as per the number of passengers in your group
- Enter your desired pick-up and drop off locations
- Add all the sites, activities and locations to be included in your tour
- For each site, choose your preferred visiting duration & relevant booking attributes
- Reorder the list of sites or confirm your tour itinerary
Pick up & Drop off locations
- Self-catered villas / Apartments – while hotels are well known and easy to find, this is not the case for many villas and holiday apartments. Please make sure to provide complete details for your place of accommodation, including the address, residence name and its contact number.
- Pick Up from Airport - Please make sure to provide your exact flight details (arrival date, time, flight number). On the day, our driver will wait for you with a NAME BOARD at the airport’s arrival section at gate No. 4. Also, do keep in mind the number of luggage items when choosing the vehicle type.
- Drop Off to Airport - If you choose to get dropped off at the airport after the tour, then please note that you will need to be present at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight’s departure. As a precaution, it is better to have some extra time at the end of your tour, in case you hit traffic on the way to the airport. Also, do keep in mind the number of luggage items when choosing the vehicle type.
- Pick Up from Harbour – Please provide your Cruise Ship name, as well as the arrival date and time. The pick-up would be done either from the cruise ship pier or from the main terminal gate (depending on the access provided by the harbour’s security on the day).
- Drop Off to the Harbour - As per the security limitations, the drop off is to be done at the harbour’s main terminal. Please do provide us with the Cruise Ship name so we can obtain access to the relevant terminal.
Keep in mind!
- No minimum number of hours are required when creating a tour, though a standard tour is 8 hours while the maximum duration is 12 hours
- As part of the total tour duration, 1 hour has been allocated for lunch break or other stops you would like to have as part of the day
- A minimum fee is applicable for the transportation service, calculated as per the vehicle type
- This tour is under a time limitation as per the pick-up and drop off time you have chosen
- In case of a delay in your departure time which is not the fault of the driver or of MauritiusAttractions (such as delays in flight / cruise ship, customer being late or others), the tour ending time would remain the same and the tour itinerary would be adjusted as per the pre-agreed tour ending time
- All driving times are based on the Google Map algorithm. In case of heavy traffic or other on-road delays, MauritiusAttractions will not be liable for any delays or changes of the itinerary
- When booking the vehicle type, please consider the number of passengers and pieces of luggage that can be accommodated
- For each site, you may choose your preferred visiting time or follow the 'recommended visiting time'
- If you wish to spend a longer time at any of the sites chosen, this may result in having to revise the tour itinerary and accordingly spend less time or even skip some sites
- Bookings should be finalized at least 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee the requested vehicle and issue entry vouchers for all sites
- Please contact our office, should you wish to add any additional sites that are not displayed on this page to your existing day itinerary
Price Supplements
A price supplement is applicable in these cases:
The below supplement will be applicable in case the pick-up and drop locations are different:
- Family Car (up to 4 passengers) = 20 Euro
- 6 Seater (up to 6 passengers) = 30 Euro
- Minivan (up to 12 passengers) = 45 Euro
- Minibus (up to 22 passengers) = 55 Euro
The below supplement will be applicable in case the pick-up and/or drop off is done from the airport (SSR International Airport):
- Family Car (up to 4 passengers) = 30 Euro
- 6 Seater (up to 6 passengers) = 40 Euro
- Minivan (up to 12 passengers) = 50 Euro
- Minibus (up to 22 passengers) = 75 Euro
The below hourly supplement will be applicable in case the tour has extended beyond the agreed drop off time.
- Family Car (up to 4 passengers) = 10 Euro / hour
- 6 Seater (up to 6 passengers) = 15 Euro / hour
- Minivan (up to 12 passengers) = 20 Euro / hour
- Minibus (up to 22 passengers) = 25 Euro / hour
